Service Description

The intake is our first meeting. We take the time to get acquainted, explore your story, and see what is currently on your mind. What needs attention? What do you long for? There is room for everything you bring with you. You will also immediately gain your first experience with trance; a relaxed state of turning inward. You do not have to ‘do’ or be able to do anything, just be present. Based on the intake, I can create a plan for the following sessions to work specifically on your specific needs.

Cancellation Policy

Because I strive to provide the best care and help all my clients, we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. This policy is crucial to manage our schedule and offer your time slot to other clients who need it. Cancellations can be made via email or text message, or online. If you do not cancel in time, I will unfortunately have to charge you for the session.
